We welcome parents to accompany their child during their dental examination and hygiene appointment, as it provides a great opportunity for open discussion with our hygienist and doctor. However, we do ask that during the dental experience, parents allow their child to focus on our staff, as we are highly experienced in helping children overcome anxiety and develop positive oral health habits.

While we prefer that children receive dental care without the parent present, we understand that many parents are anxious about dental care and are happy to accommodate parents who would like to be present during their child’s treatment. If you prefer to accompany your child, please let us know in advance, and we will provide you with helpful guidelines to follow in the treatment room.

Please note that a parent or legal guardian (with proper documentation) must be present in the office to consent to initial treatment and any subsequent changes. If a parent is unable to bring their child to appointments, they may designate an additional custodian with proper documentation. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and positive dental experience that establishes trust and confidence in your child that will last a lifetime.
